This Thermaster Premium Wet and Dry Bain Marie Food Display features multiple Italian heating elements and a built-in water inlet and outlet. With the ability to operate as either a wet or dry bain marie, it utilizes convective thermal air flow and humidity to consistently maintain optimal temperatures. The heating elements are submerged in water for enhanced performance. Additionally, this display includes an ambient storage cabinet underneath and is equipped with a perforated pan divider for improved organization and efficiency.
