The Fagor 900 series NG 80 litre crank tilting bratt pan SBG9-10I features a SS burner and temperature control. Its counterbalanced hinged lid includes a reinforced lower recess, allowing for opening at any angle. With a temperature range of 50 ºC to 315 ºC, the pan also has a thermostat and pilot lights to indicate heating and operation.
